Pokémon Quest Recipes
Privacy policy
This page explains what information is involved when you use the site, leave a comment or contact Rizwan Aslam.
Using the recipe tools
You can use the recipe finder without creating a game account or sending us a password. The finder calculates results from its bundled recipe data in your browser. Pokémon choices, ingredient slots and bag quantities are not submitted to a recipe-processing service by the tool.
The finder does not save these entries in cookies or browser local storage. Closing or reloading the page can reset your selections. Ordinary page and image requests are separate from these calculations.
Pages, images and the latest articles list
Your browser requests pages, images and public article information from this website. The latest-articles page uses this site’s public WordPress interface to retrieve published titles, dates, categories and featured images. A search there sends your search words to this website; do not type private information into that search.
Web hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, requested address, time, browser information and errors to deliver the site and investigate misuse. Server records and backups are handled by the hosting services operating the website.
Email and WhatsApp messages
If you contact Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com, your email address, message and any attachments reach the site’s operator through Gmail. If you use WhatsApp, your message and the profile information shared by that service are handled through WhatsApp.
The website contact form sends your name, email, topic, optional page link, privacy acknowledgement and message to FormSubmit, an external form-processing service, which forwards submissions to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Submission takes you to FormSubmit for verification and confirmation. Google reCAPTCHA may be used there to reduce spam. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice and Google’s Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.
Messages are used to respond to requests, investigate corrections and maintain relevant records. This form does not create new messages in a WordPress contact inbox. FormSubmit’s documentation states that its submission archive retains messages for 30 days. Delivered emails and direct messages may remain in the operator’s mailbox, conversation history or backups. Any records previously collected by the older WordPress form remain until an administrator removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule; contact us to request removal of information we can locate, subject to necessary recordkeeping limits.
Comments you choose to post
Where comments are enabled, WordPress collects the information in the comment form and technical details such as IP address and browser user agent for comment handling and spam checks. An approved comment and the display name you choose can be public. Your email address is not displayed as part of the public comment.
WordPress may use a hash derived from your email address with Gravatar to display an avatar. Loading an avatar makes a request to that service. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy for Gravatar information.
If you select the comment form’s option to remember your details, WordPress can store your name, email and website in cookies so you do not need to enter them again. Standard WordPress comment cookies last about one year. Comments and associated moderation records may be kept to maintain the discussion and recognise follow-up comments.
Cookies and browser storage
The contact form does not save drafts to browser storage. When you submit it, FormSubmit and its verification providers may process technical request information and use cookies for service operation and spam prevention. Their processing is separate from the recipe finder. Hosting logs can also contain technical request details.
The recipe finder and latest-articles widget do not add advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress can use cookies for comment preferences and administrator sign-in. Site plugins may also remember interface choices, such as whether a table of contents is open.
You can review and delete cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or saved preferences. A page’s normal hosting requests still occur even when cookies are blocked.
Links to other services
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, source references and other external links lead to services with their own privacy rules. The author links are ordinary links, not embedded social feeds. Clicking one takes you to that service.
FormSubmit, Gmail, WhatsApp and other providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy notices explain their processing: Google Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
Your choices and privacy requests
Send a privacy question or a request about a message or comment to Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate the record. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned.
Depending on where you live and the rules that apply, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. Some records may need to remain for security, legal obligations or backups. We will explain relevant limits rather than promise that every copy can disappear immediately.
Children and safe contact
This fan resource can be read without submitting personal details. Children should ask a parent or guardian before commenting or contacting the operator. Do not send a child’s full name, school, address, passwords or account codes. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has shared.
Changes and contact
This policy describes the recipe tools, article listing and contact options provided here. It will be updated when the site’s handling of personal information changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
