A Good-quality mix with one Honey slot

Good · five slots

Bag cost: 3 Honey, 6 Bluk Berry, 6 Tiny Mushroom

Fill one slot with Honey, two with Bluk Berry and two with Tiny Mushroom. This combination is Good-quality Get Swole Syrup in the source table. It uses one precious-ingredient slot, which makes it useful when you want to conserve Honey.

Our included model gives Machop a 10,000 weight out of a 10,400 total for this group: about 96.15%. That leaves a small modeled chance for another visitor. It is not a guarantee of Machop on every cook and does not select Bulk Up, move slots, Bingo Bonuses or a shiny appearance.

A single Honey slot uses 3 Honey in the Basic pot or 20 in the Gold pot. Read recipes as five ingredient choices, then multiply each choice by your pot amount. The selector above changes the costs in both examples on this page.

If you cannot afford the batch, compare a smaller pot before farming more. The pot-cost guide shows all four pot amounts. A higher pot does not turn Good Get Swole Syrup into a different quality tier in this calculator.

Another mix for a different ingredient bag

Good Get Swole Syrup with two Honey slots

Good · five slots

2 × Honey1 × Bluk Berry2 × Tiny Mushroom

Bag cost: 6 Honey, 3 Bluk Berry, 6 Tiny Mushroom

This alternative replaces one Bluk Berry slot with Honey: two Honey, one Bluk Berry and two Tiny Mushroom slots. It remains in the same Good-quality group in the disclosed dataset. Its modeled species probabilities are the same, but it spends more Honey and fewer berries.

For a Basic pot, this alternative costs 6 Honey, 3 Bluk Berries and 6 Tiny Mushrooms. In a Gold pot it costs 40 Honey, 20 Bluk Berries and 40 Tiny Mushrooms. Choose between these examples based on your bag, not because extra Honey must mean a better Machop chance.

Good versus Very Good for Machop

Good96.15%More focused on Machop
Very Good55.56%A larger share goes to other visitors

For this target, upgrading the dish can reduce the chance. Very Good is not a synonym for “better for Machop.” The model gives Machop 10,000 of 18,000 weight at that tier, compared with 10,000 of 10,400 at Good.

These percentages describe the selected dish-quality group. They are not personal farming efficiency measurements or a guarantee from the game developer. The editorial policy explains why the site uses one consistent community model.

Attracting Machop is only the first step

Machop evolves into Machoke at level 28, and Machoke into Machamp at level 36 in the original Pokémon Quest. Check the Everstone setting when you want evolution to happen. A Machamp plan therefore involves both obtaining a suitable Machop and developing it afterward.

Players looking for a support Pokémon often also care about moves and bonuses. This recipe is a species-attraction guide, not proof that every Machop produced will fit the same team. Inspect the new visitor before spending scarce training resources. Do not discard a useful Pokémon solely because one recipe guide called another version “best.”

When a cook does not give Machop

First check the dish name and quality. A correct Good Get Swole dish can still bring a different visitor under the source model. Repeating the same mix does not make the next result certain. A different dish, however, means you should compare the five slots before cooking again.

Use the troubleshooting guide for the next check. If your ingredients match but the predicted dish does not, send the exact mix, pot, resulting dish and platform through Contact. For another focused cooking target, see the Abra recipe.
